Predica ortodoxă românească online: între oferta motoarelor de căutare și selectarea informată

The present study aims to explore the accessibility of Orthodox sermons in the virtual environment. The enormous capacity of search engines to generate answers in fractions of seconds does not guarantee the verified quality of the result. This is the responsibility of the administrators of institutional or private domains and sites. Under these circumstances, we have tried to find out in a concrete way, using keywords, what content users interact with when they first use general terms such as „sermon” or teaching word”. Is it possible for a user of Orthodox faith, but poorly catechized, to be misdirected in his search for homiletical discourses? What is the Church doing to avoid such situations? Should we act in some way? In addition to official channels, should the Church also have private channels that focus exclusively on providing words of doctrine?Downloads
